To mark HRH The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, Alsager Partnership and other groups
across the town are holding a Festival Weekend packed with fun and creativity.
There will be craft workshops, concerts, exhibitions,
an all-age poetry competition, Jubilee lunch and an opportunity to experience local
talent. We aim to offer something for everyone, to celebrate the Jubilee and provide
a platform for creative talent in our town.
This brochure provides details of all the events planned for the Jubilee weekend.
We hope you find them of interest and enjoy the creative skills that flourish in
our community.
Jubilee Festival 2012

World Book Day - Join the Friends of the Library at our coffee morning on Wednesday 29th February for a special book quiz. Pop in between 10.00am and 12.00 noon.
MAD Academy Taster Session - Join us on Friday 9th March at 2.00-2.45pm for a special taster session of Music & Dance for babies and toddlers with MAD Academy. Tickets cost £2.00 and children must be accompanied by an adult.
Easter Crafts - Come along for Easter crafts and fun on Monday 2nd April at 10.00-11.00am. Tickets cost £2.00 and children must be accompanied by an adult.

19th November is an important date for your diary.
Alsager Town Council is supporting the implementation of Love Local Life loyalty card scheme to be launched in Alsager on Saturday 19th November 2011.
Ron Tyson, the Chairman of Alsager Town Council is seen here handing over a cheque for £2000 to Alistair Bennett, the Chairman of Alsager Chamber of Trade.
Mandy Fazelynia, the manager of the loyalty card scheme was at the handover ceremony on 4th October, which was followed by implementation planning discussions. The launch date of the 19th November will be proceeded by publicity in the local press and on the day there will be opportunities to receive and register a card for free.
