The Real Food Company, a family business trading for 21 years, provides wholesome natural foods, supplements, remedies, household cleaning products and bodycare.

We have a passion for what we do, and hopefully we can share that with you.

The shop is full of store cupboard esstentials and lots of interesting produce. You should always find what you need, if not, we can usually source it for you. 

There is a freezer full of vegetarian and vegan foods, and one full of pasture fed and organic meats, sustainably sourced fish and our excellent biodynamic goat’s milk.

Our fridge is kept stocked up with tasty cheeses, from just down the road, and further afield too, butter, tofu, bean sprouts, live yoghurt and much more.

Organic fruit and vegetables are delivered fresh every Wednesday, much grown on organic farms in the region. We make organic vegetable boxes to order - a great value way to eat the best foods.
