A&A started in 1977 in Congleton selling Records and Tapes and moved into selling Musical Instruments and Accessories about 15 years ago.

From 1997 to 2007 we had 2 branches in Congleton but combined the two sides of the business to create the one stop music store we have today.

Dave Wedgbury has been with A&A since 1997 and took over the business in 2010 when former proprietor Alan Farrar sold up and moved abroad.

A&A offers a CD special order service second to none sourcing hard to find discs from all over the world. We stock CDs in every imaginable genre and also specialise in Music DVDs although we can order any type of DVD. We sell Acoustic, Electro Acoustic, Electric and Bass Guitars with Amplification from British brand Laney. We also offer set-up, re-string and repair services for Guitars and other stringed instruments. Other lines stocked include Microphones, Music Stands, Instrument Stands, Instrument Cases, Headphones, Percussion, Drum Heads from Evans and Remo, Guitar effects, T-Shirts, Drum Sticks, Cables, Harmonicas from Hohner, Electronic Tuners, Traditional and Electronic Metronomes, Cymbals from Paiste, Music Books and Music Magazines.
