FAQ

Q. I haven’t got a card do I require one?

A. No. When the App first opens you will find a button at the bottom of the login page that allows you to register for a mobile card.
Q. I already have a card do I need to re-register for a mobile card?

A. If you have registered your card on the Love Local Life website you will be able to login using the username and password that you registered with. If you have not yet registered your card then you will first need to register it through the website or register for a mobile card via the App.
Q. Im not getting any results.

A. Try increasing the search distance in the ‘Settings’ option, as it may be that no results can be found within the current search radius.
Q. How do I change the search distance?

A. Select the ‘Settings’ option in the navigation. You can then increase/decrease the search distance by dragging the slider left or right.

Known Issues

The following are issues we know of which will be fixed in a future update:
•  Users location not always updateing so app returns incorrect results
• On occasions the navigation will move to the end of the page instead of being fixed in position.
